1. Who we are
VIVOS Corporate Services L.L.C. (“VIVOS”, “we”, “us”) is a company licensed in Dubai under Commercial Licence No. 1638200, with its office at Unit 415, Churchill Executive Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are part of the VIVOS Group, which has offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and the UAE. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data received through this website and when you contact us.
2. Personal data we collect
When you submit an enquiry form on this website, we collect your name, email address and telephone number, together with any message you choose to include. We also record the page from which the enquiry was submitted and, where you reached our website through an online advertisement, the campaign details attached to the link, such as the source, medium, campaign name and Google click identifier.
If you contact us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or WeChat, we receive the details you provide in that communication. We also collect limited technical information about your visit through cookies, as described in section 6.
3. How we use your personal data
We use your personal data to respond to your enquiry, to provide information about our services and to prepare proposals. If you become a client, we use it to deliver our services and to carry out the identity and due diligence checks we are required to perform. We also use enquiry and campaign information to understand which pages and advertisements generate enquiries, so that we can improve our website and marketing. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit an enquiry or contact us; where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract with you; and where processing is necessary to comply with our legal obligations under UAE law. We handle personal data in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable UAE laws.
5. Who we share it with
Your enquiry is received and handled by our team in Dubai. Where necessary, we may share your personal data with other VIVOS Group companies in order to respond to your enquiry or provide our services; with service providers that host our website, email and business systems on our behalf; and with government authorities, regulators, banks or professional advisers where this is required by law or needed to deliver a service you have requested. Some of these recipients may be located outside the UAE, including in Singapore. Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we take reasonable steps to ensure that it remains protected to the standard required by UAE law.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and may use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which advertisements lead to enquiries. These services use cookies and similar technologies that collect information such as your device and browser type, approximate location and the pages you visit. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to two years after our last contact with you, so that we can follow up on your enquiry and assist you if you contact us again. If you become a client, we retain your information for the periods required by applicable UAE laws, including anti-money laundering and commercial record-keeping requirements. When personal data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it securely.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to give you access to the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate or incomplete data, to delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to provide it to you in a structured, commonly used format. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, although this will not affect processing already carried out. To exercise any of these rights, please email contactvivos.uae@vivos.com.sg. We will respond within the period required by law.
9. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. As no transmission over the internet is completely secure, please do not send passport copies or other sensitive documents through the enquiry form. We will provide a secure method for sharing documents where needed.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, together with the date on which it was last updated.
