Corporate services for companies that operate across borders.
VIVOS Group is a corporate services, immigration and business advisory group headquartered in Singapore. We incorporate, structure and administer companies across four of Asia and the Middle East’s principal business hubs — through our own licensed entities in each, not through referral partners.

What we do
Seven practice areas, delivered by one team. Most clients come to us for one of them and stay for several.
Company incorporation
Operating companies, holding companies and regional headquarters, including foreign-owned structures that require a locally resident director.
Corporate secretarial & compliance
Named company secretary, statutory registers, board and shareholder resolutions, annual filings and registered office services.
Immigration & work passes
Employment Pass, ONE Pass, EntrePass and dependant applications, appeals and renewals, plus permanent residence advisory.
Accounting & tax
Bookkeeping, management accounts, statutory financial statements, GST and corporate tax filing, and group consolidation.
Licensing & regulatory
Sector-specific licence applications and regulatory advisory, including financial services, travel, education and food-related regimes.
Banking & structuring support
Corporate account opening facilitation and support on holding structures, shareholding changes and cross-border group design.
Where we operate
Each market has its own regulator, its own filing calendar and its own VIVOS entity licensed to do the work. Each has its own site.
Singapore
Our headquarters and largest practice. ACRA, IRAS, MOM and MAS-facing work, delivered by VIVOS Pte. Ltd.
Malaysia
Sdn Bhd incorporation, SSM compliance and Employment Pass support for groups expanding north, through VIVOS (M) Sdn. Bhd.
Hong Kong
Company formation, company secretary and Companies Registry compliance with a China-inbound focus, through VIVOS Corporate Services (HK) Ltd.
United Arab Emirates
Mainland and free-zone company setup, residence visas and substance planning in Dubai, through VIVOS Corporate Services L.L.C.
Why clients appoint VIVOS
Most corporate services firms sell filings. The harder part is knowing what a regulator, a bank or an immigration officer will actually accept — and getting it right the first time.
Banking fluency, not just filings
VIVOS was founded out of corporate banking, including years at HSBC. We write board papers, group structures and source-of-funds narratives the way a credit or compliance committee expects to read them.
One team across four markets
A Singapore holding company with a Malaysian operating subsidiary, a Hong Kong trading arm and a Dubai residence visa is one engagement with us, not four vendors to coordinate.
Senior attention as standard
We are deliberately a small senior team rather than a volume platform. The person who scopes your matter is the person who runs it.
Common questions
Short answers to what prospective clients ask first.
What is VIVOS Group?
VIVOS Group is the brand under which VIVOS and its regional entities deliver corporate services, immigration and business advisory work across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates. The group is headquartered at 14B Stanley Street, Singapore 068733, and was founded in April 2024. Its Singapore practice, VIVOS Pte. Ltd., is an ACRA Registered Filing Agent (FA20240323) and holds a Ministry of Manpower Employment Agency Licence (24S2425).
Which jurisdiction should I incorporate in?
It depends on where your revenue, your people and your banking will sit. Singapore is usually chosen for holding structures, treaty access and fundraising credibility; Hong Kong for China-facing trade; Malaysia for cost-efficient operations and regional shared services; the UAE for zero or low corporate tax on qualifying free-zone income and Gulf market access. We advise on the trade-offs before you commit, not after.
Can a foreigner own 100% of a company in these markets?
In Singapore and Hong Kong, yes — full foreign ownership is permitted, though Singapore requires at least one locally resident director. Malaysia permits 100% foreign ownership of a Sdn Bhd in most sectors, with conditions in a few regulated ones. In the UAE, full foreign ownership is available in free zones and, following the 2021 reforms, for most mainland activities. We confirm the position for your specific activity before filing.
Do you handle ongoing compliance, or only one-off setups?
Both, and most clients engage us for both. We act as named company secretary, maintain statutory registers, prepare and file annual returns and financial statements, and handle work pass renewals on an ongoing retainer.
How do I get a fee quote?
Tell us the jurisdiction, the shareholders’ residency and what the company will actually do. That is usually enough for us to quote a fixed fee for setup and a fixed annual fee for compliance. Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp at +65 9366 9399.
Tell us what you are trying to build.
A short conversation is usually enough for us to tell you whether we are the right firm for it.
