Every market VIVOS serves is covered by a VIVOS entity licensed in that jurisdiction, not by a referral partner. Registration and licence numbers for each entity are below — verify any of them directly with the relevant registrar.
How VIVOS is licensed
VIVOS is licensed through four companies, one in each jurisdiction it serves. In Singapore, VIVOS Pte. Ltd. is registered with ACRA, holds an ACRA filing agent registration and holds an employment agency licence from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). VIVOS (M) Sdn. Bhd. is registered with SSM in Malaysia, VIVOS Corporate Services (HK) Ltd. holds a business registration from Hong Kong’s Inland Revenue Department, and VIVOS Corporate Services L.L.C. holds a commercial licence in Dubai.

What each licence means
UEN 202416468C (Singapore). The Unique Entity Number identifies VIVOS Pte. Ltd. on the register kept by ACRA, the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority. ACRA is Singapore’s national regulator of business registration, financial reporting, public accountants and corporate service providers. Anyone can look up an entity by name or UEN using the entity search on Bizfile, ACRA’s online portal.
ACRA Registered Filing Agent FA20240323 (Singapore). ACRA’s certificate of registration records VIVOS Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202416468C) as registered as a filing agent under section 31 of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act from 18 July 2025 to 18 July 2027. Registered filing agents file transactions with ACRA on behalf of their clients. Since the Corporate Service Providers Act 2024 took effect on 9 June 2025, ACRA regulates them as corporate service providers (CSPs): existing filing agent registrations became CSP registrations automatically, and every business providing corporate services in or from Singapore must be registered with ACRA as a CSP.
MOM Employment Agency Licence 24S2425 (Singapore). The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) licenses employment agencies under the Employment Agencies Act. MOM lists submitting a work pass application on behalf of an employer or job seeker, and helping place a job seeker with an employer, among the activities that need a licence. Licensed agencies can be found in MOM’s Employment Agencies and Personnel Search.
Registration No. 202501057568 (1658974-A) (Malaysia). This is the company registration number of VIVOS (M) Sdn. Bhd. with SSM, the Companies Commission of Malaysia. SSM is the statutory body responsible for incorporating companies and registering businesses and limited liability partnerships, and it supplies information on companies to the public.
Business Registration No. 80545137 (Hong Kong). The Business Registration Ordinance requires every person carrying on a business in Hong Kong to apply for business registration within one month of starting. The number is assigned by the Business Registration Office of the Inland Revenue Department, is also the unique business identifier for companies on the Companies Registry, and every business must display a valid Business Registration Certificate at its place of business.
Commercial Licence No. 1638200 (UAE). VIVOS Corporate Services L.L.C. holds this commercial licence for its office in Business Bay, Dubai. Licences for businesses on the Dubai mainland are issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), whose licence types include commercial, professional and industrial licences.
Frequently asked questions
How can I check a VIVOS registration or licence number?
Check each number with the authority that issued it. Singapore entities, including registered corporate service providers, can be found through the entity search on ACRA’s Bizfile portal, and licensed employment agencies through MOM’s Employment Agencies and Personnel Search. SSM supplies Malaysian company information, extracts of Hong Kong’s Business Register are available from the Inland Revenue Department for a fee, and Dubai mainland licences can be checked with DET.
What is the difference between a registration and a licence?
A registration records that a business exists and gives it an identifying number, such as Singapore’s UEN, Malaysia’s SSM registration number or Hong Kong’s business registration number. A licence or regulated registration covers a specific activity: ACRA registers filing agents, now corporate service providers, for corporate services, and MOM licenses employment agencies for activities such as work pass applications.
Does each VIVOS entity hold the same licences?
No. The ACRA filing agent registration and the MOM employment agency licence are Singapore registrations held by VIVOS Pte. Ltd. The other three entities each hold their own registration or licence in their jurisdiction: VIVOS (M) Sdn. Bhd. with SSM in Malaysia, VIVOS Corporate Services (HK) Ltd. with Hong Kong’s Inland Revenue Department, and VIVOS Corporate Services L.L.C. in Dubai.
When was VIVOS founded?
VIVOS Pte. Ltd., the group’s parent company, was founded in Singapore on 25 April 2024 and is registered under UEN 202416468C. It is headquartered at 14B Stanley Street, Singapore 068733. The group has offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and the UAE, each with its own registered or licensed VIVOS entity, and teams in China and India.
