What to include in your first message
You will get a far more useful reply if your first message tells us four things. None of it needs to be formal.
- Which jurisdiction you are thinking about, or that you want help choosing.
- Who the shareholders are and where they are tax resident, including whether any shareholder is a company.
- What the business will do in one or two sentences — this is what determines licensing, banking and work pass feasibility.
- Whether anyone needs a work pass or visa, and by roughly when.
If you already have an entity and want to switch providers, tell us where it is incorporated and roughly how current its filings are. We can work with a neglected record; we just price it honestly.
