Who we are

VIVOS Group is a corporate services, immigration and business advisory group headquartered in Singapore. Its Singapore practice is operated by VIVOS Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202416468C), incorporated under the Companies Act 1967 on 25 April 2024, with a registered office at 14B Stanley Street, Singapore 068733. VIVOS is an ACRA Registered Filing Agent (FA20240323) and holds a Ministry of Manpower Employment Agency Licence (24S2425). The group operates through its own licensed entities in Malaysia, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates, with an additional team in Shanghai supporting China-outbound work.

Our client base runs from founders incorporating their first company to large corporates, Fortune 500 subsidiaries and high-net-worth families structuring holdings across several jurisdictions. What those clients have in common is that their work does not stop at one border.

How we came about

VIVOS was started by a team that came out of corporate banking, including years at HSBC. That background shapes how the firm works. In banking you learn quickly that a structure is only as good as a compliance officer’s willingness to sign off on it — that a shareholding chart, a source-of-wealth narrative and a set of board minutes either answer the questions a reviewer is going to ask, or they come back to you.

Most corporate services providers are organised around processing filings at volume. That works until something is unusual: a shareholder in a difficult jurisdiction, a licence application with no clear precedent, an Employment Pass for a candidate who does not fit the scoring framework, a bank that has just declined the account. Those are the matters we were built for.

How we work

We scope before we quote

We would rather spend thirty minutes understanding what you are building than send a price list. Nearly all of our engagements are quoted as a fixed fee for the setup and a fixed annual fee for ongoing compliance, so you know the cost of year two before you commit to year one.

The person who scopes it runs it

We are deliberately a senior team rather than a large one. You are not handed from a salesperson to an offshore processing queue.

We tell you when the answer is no

If a work pass application is unlikely to be approved on its current facts, or a licence will take nine months rather than the three you were told, we say so at the outset. Clients who have been through the alternative tend to appreciate it.
