VIVOS (M) Sdn. Bhd. is VIVOS Group’s licensed Malaysian entity, helping founders and growing companies incorporate a Sdn Bhd, stay compliant with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), and run accounting, tax and immigration in-country — without needing a Malaysian office of their own.
VIVOS Group serves each of its markets through a locally licensed entity rather than a referral partner. In Malaysia, that entity is VIVOS (M) Sdn. Bhd., registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) under registration No. 202501057568 (1658974-A) and based in Kuala Lumpur.

Yes. VIVOS Group is headquartered in Singapore and holds its own licensed entity in each market it serves, so a Singapore parent can work with VIVOS Pte. Ltd. at home and VIVOS (M) Sdn. Bhd. for the Malaysian company. Foreign shareholders can own up to 100% of a Sdn Bhd for most activities, but it needs a Malaysia-resident director.
