Work pass and immigration advisory
Work pass outcomes turn on how an application is framed, not only on whether the candidate qualifies. We assess eligibility honestly before filing, position the application against the current framework, and handle appeals where a first application has been rejected.

Frequently asked questions
What is the COMPASS framework?
COMPASS is the points-based framework the Singapore Ministry of Manpower uses to assess Employment Pass applications, scoring factors like salary relative to peers, qualifications, workforce diversity and support for local employment. We run a COMPASS assessment before filing so there are no surprises.
Can a rejected Employment Pass application be appealed?
Yes, within the stipulated window, provided the appeal addresses the specific reason for rejection with new or clarifying information rather than resubmitting the same application unchanged.
How is the ONE Pass different from the Employment Pass?
The ONE Pass targets top-tier talent and high earners, comes with a longer validity period, and allows the holder to start multiple concurrent business activities without being tied to a single employer in the way an Employment Pass is.
